Is the warranty of my system void, if I install a CompuRAM upgrade instead of the original memory of my system manufacturer?

  
  No, the warranty claims that you have against the manufacturer of your computer system are not void if you install compatible memory upgrades of 3rd-party-suppliers, as e.g. CompuRAM, in your system.

My memory modules are broke resp. do not work properly in my system.  What should I do?

If I send you a defective module, do I get it back repaired or do I get a new module

  
  Usually you will get an exchange in advance, in case of unknown errors we send the defective module back to the manufacturer for testing and repairing. Thereby the warranty claims handling varies from manufacturer to manufacturer.

Basically our customers can expect us to handle any warranty claims   (RMA's) very quickly and unbureaucratically.

How long does it take until I get my repaired resp. new module?

  
  In case we have to return the defective module to the manufacturer, the duration of warranty claim handling varies from manufacturer to manufacturer. But because we have highest demands in regard of quality, service and support of our suppliers, we make sure that your case is solved quickly.

  Contrary to the right of revocation for private consumers, there is no basically legal right for returning faultless goods.

  Due to our high-quality demands on our suppliers and manufacturers as well our additional, internal quality checks we are able to offer our products with a 10 years product warranty.

In case of a warranty claim you will get a quick and unbureaucratic handling from us.

What has to be considered, if there are service/maintenance contracts additional to the basic guaranty/warranty with my system manufacturer?

  
  Mostly all alterations on systems under maintenance have to be clarified with the manufacturer resp. are only permitted to be processed by the manufacturer. Please contact your manufacturer if you intend to purchase CompuRAM upgrades.

Why are CompuRAM modules more reasonable as the "original upgrade modules" of the system manufacturers? And why are the prices changing permanently?

  
  CompuRAM sells solely memory upgrades and obtains them directly from the module manufacturers. Thereby we can realise more reasonable purchasing conditions, that we pass to our customers in form of daily updated low prices. Due to the fact that we obtain directly from the manufacturers and get daily updated prices from them, we can pass these daily updated prices to our customers.
