Non sono da sottovalutare i vantaggi delle SSD rispetto ai dischi fissi in rapida rotazione: a poco a poco le SSD cominciano a diventare la prima opzione. Le SSD convincono oltre che per la loro robustezza, la loro efficienza energetica e la minima usura meccanica anche per la loro velocità. Lavorano con una rapidità incredibile nella lettura, nella scrittura o nell’accesso a determinati dati e battono così di gran lunga gli HDD.
Abbiamo dato un’occhiata a diversi tipi di SSD che produce Samsung.
In cosa si differenziano in realtà questi diversi tipi di SSD? Quali sono i criteri rilevanti e, molto più importante, quale server SSD è più adatto per le vostre esigenze e i vostri scopi personali?
Abbiamo aggiunto due HDD (SATA e SAS) per illustrare le differenze tra SSD e HDD.
